History about guaranteed and documented clean egg trays and EUR pallets using a Dicam Microwave oven
Re-using egg trays and EUR-pallets presents a risk of infection for an egg producer's stock. In order to avoid any risk of infection, Danæg and Svirco began a development project in early 1997, with the purpose of developing both a process and the equipment required for pasteurising egg trays and EUR-pallets. This joint effort, together with an investment running into hundreds of thousands of US-Dollars has resulted in a unique innovation. In 1999 Dicam took over Svirco and changed the name into Dicam Microwaves. Dicam Microwaves is today able to present a microwave oven with a process control that can guarantee safe and infection-free egg-trays and EUR-pallets.

Description of our ovens
The microwave oven is designed to ensure completely uniform energy distribution throughout the oven space and thus homogenous heating of the entire contents of the oven. The oven is produced using stainless steel, and is extremely environment-friendly, as well as being easy to clean.

We have a close cooperation with P.Lindberg, they are producing all the stainless steel parts for Dicam Microwaves ApS.
